What is the advantage of refills?
Our refill system is an environmentally friendly alternative to pre-made makeup palettes. Our refillable palettes significantly reduce packaging waste. When you have used up your favorite product, you can simply remove the empty pan and insert a refill pack. Our practical palettes are designed for long-term use and will accompany you for a long time.
How do I put together an individual palette?
Do I put all the products individually into the shopping cart?
No, you do not have to put all the products into your shopping cart individually. Use the Individual Eyeshadow Palette page to put together your Eyeshadow Palette or the Individual Powder Palette page to put together your Powder Palette. Simply select the refills you want and you will receive the matching empty palette free of charge in the set.
What size are the refills and which palette is suitable for them?
The powder palette measures 16.6 x 6.5 x 1.4 (length x width x height in cm).
The powder refills in size M are suitable for this.
The eyeshadow palette measures 7.9 x 7.9 x 1.2 (length x width x height in cm). The eyeshadow refills in size S fit this palette.
What is the best way to remove the refills from the palette?
Use a sharp object, such as a paper clip, to press into the opening on the back to carefully replace the refills.
How long do the eyeshadows last?
Once opened, our eyeshadows have a shelf life of 12 months.
Can I exchange the products?
Of course, you can exchange unopened make-up products within two weeks. Please note that the products must be completely sealed, otherwise we cannot continue to use them for sale and will have to dispose of them. That would not be sustainable and does not correspond to the philosophy of JACKS beauty line.
