1. Screening Application
We look at each individual application and give you feedback promptly by email. If you have aroused our interest, the process continues.
2. Getting to know People & Potential
In an initial short telephone conversation, we get to know each other and clarify the most important questions.
3. Get to know each other video call with department
If it suits both sides, we will arrange a video call with the department for further discussion and exchange.
4. Optional Case
Depending on the subject area, we will give you a small case to work on.
5. Meet Miriam & Lisa
It is important to our founders to get to know every person they hire, so our final step is a short on-site meeting.

The entire process from confirmation of receipt to hiring usually takes 4-6 weeks.
If you have applied on your own initiative, it may take a little longer to hear back, as we will check individually whether and where we can employ you in the company.
However, if you have not received a response after 4 weeks, please contact us again as there is probably a technical/organizational error.
In the first week, you will be welcomed by People & Potential and provided with the most important information. You will get to know your team and receive information about JACKS, our products, our way of working, our history and our vision. You will be introduced to our systems and tools and get an insight into the different teams.
