Miriam's Answers at a Glance

Can I apply the foundation with my fingers?

Yes, that works – but for a truly even, natural result, we recommend our #12 Foundation Brush. With it, you need less product, apply it more hygienically, and achieve an especially beautiful finish.

How do I find the right color for me?

With every Glow Foundation, you get a free sachet to test.

Simply knead it briefly before opening, then open carefully, as there is enough product for more than one application.

Put some product on the back of your hand and test the color on your neck – preferably with your fingers or the #12 foundation brush.

Evaluate the result in daylight – this is the best way to see if the shade blends with your skin.

How do I apply the Glow Foundation correctly?

Start with 1 pump on the back of your hand. Use the #12 brush to pick up a small amount and gently apply it to the cheek area. Blend the foundation in circular motions – this creates an even, natural look.

Miriam's expert tip: You control the coverage. For more coverage, simply pick up more product or use a second pump.

How can I vary the opacity?

For an especially light, glowy finish, you can mix the Glow Foundation with our Beauty Elixir. Take 1 to 2 pipette drops and blend them with the foundation on the back of your hand.

For more coverage, combine the foundation with the Cream Concealer along with our #24 Concealer Touch-up brushes. Apply the concealer under the eyes or on the sides of the nose and blend evenly.

If you want even more coverage, we recommend the Cover Foundation.

Is the foundation also suitable for rosacea?

Yes, the Glow Foundation is suitable for rosacea. The coverage is buildable and can be intensified if needed.

How does my foundation last all day?

Set your foundation with our Pressed Powder and our #14 Powder & Bronzer Brush. This keeps your look fresh without smudging.

How do I remove the foundation again?

Gently with our Cleanser – this keeps your skin cared for and free of residues.

How long should I let my skincare absorb before applying Make-up?

Give your skincare or sunscreen about 10–15 minutes before applying foundation. This prevents the products from mixing or clumping.

How do I prevent my foundation from caking?

Make sure your skincare products are silicone- and paraben-free and well absorbed. For a streak-free, crumb-free result, we also recommend applying with brushes.

How do I prevent foundation from becoming patchy?

It is often due to skin being too dry or using too much product. A good skincare base helps the pigments to distribute evenly. Less is often more here – work in thin layers and blend them carefully.

How do I avoid hard edges?

If you have chosen the right color and blend the foundation well, no edges will appear with the Glow Foundation.

Miriam's expert tip: Test your foundation on your neck in daylight before applying. This way, you can immediately see if the shade suits you.

What to do with very oily or very dry skin?

Our Glow Foundation contains nourishing ingredients that help balance the skin's appearance in the long term – give it about 2–3 months for this.

For dry skin: Mix the foundation with the Beauty Elixir for extra care and glow.

For oily skin: Our oil-free Pressed Powder mattifies without stripping oils from the skin and is ideal for setting makeup.

How often should I wash my brushes?

We recommend washing your Make-up brushes once a week with our Brush Soap under lukewarm water and then laying them out to dry. This keeps your brushes hygienic and ready to use.
