Under the motto “to new beginnings” , beauty expert and founder of JACKS beauty line Miriam Jacks, together with yoga teacher and mental health coach Sabine Gallei from YES YOU ARE and nutrition expert and author Svenja Ostwald, invited guests to a day retreat on January 20th in Berlin.

The guests all spent a day devoting themselves to the topics of healthy routines and rituals, yoga, pranayama and meditation, introspection and journaling. In workshops and sessions, designed and conducted by Miriam, Sabine and Svenja, they were able to exchange their thoughts, be creative and playful, but also focused and at peace with themselves. And all of this without wagging fingers or pressure, but with lots of love, goodwill and, above all, fun. This day created so much inspiration and connection - to oneself, but also to others.
