Our skincare line is growing – and for good reason! We have been searching for a long time for care that is more than just the basics. Care that doesn’t just focus on classic anti-aging but makes the skin glow at any age – just like our Glow Foundation already does. Every step – from cleansing to daily care – is designed to support your skin, protect it, and highlight its natural radiance. As a cosmetics brand, focusing on skincare can go seriously wrong – we are aware of that. After all, the market is huge, the competition is fierce, and the expectations of our community are high. Products that seem interchangeable without real added value, but with our logo – that was not what we wanted.
From the very beginning, it was clear to us: if we do this, then only with products that have a noticeable effect. No standard care. Instead, products that seamlessly fit into the daily ritual, visibly support the skin, and meet our already high standards for effectiveness and sustainability. And that simply fit perfectly with our existing products!
Make-up and skincare should not be two separate routines but should complement each other and accompany the entire beauty daily routine together. And that doesn’t start with foundation, but with the right preparation and care of the skin. Well-cared-for, protected, and well-moisturized skin is the best base for any Make-up – and that’s exactly where we come in.
One thing was clear to us: we don’t want to sell a classic anti-aging line. Because for us, it’s not about “stopping” aging and its signs on the skin. No one has to look like they’re in their early 20s forever – what matters is feeling good at every stage of life. That’s why we focus on a holistic, healthy approach to skin aging and on well-aging instead of anti-aging. Our skin deserves respect, love – and care that benefits it at every age.
That’s why our skincare should be a daily feel-good moment and at the same time bring out the best in your skin. We want to accompany you in your self-care ritual from the very beginning and on every level: from toner to foundation, from eye cream to mascara.


As with every product we develop, customer feedback on skincare has been extremely important to us from the very beginning. We gathered initial feedback several years ago when we launched our very first skincare products – the Cleanser and the Beauty Elixir. These already perfectly complemented our existing cosmetics range back then, and we were thrilled with the response.
When planning the expansion of the skincare line, it was especially important for us to clarify the following questions:
We engaged intensively with our JACKS community – online, in-store, and through exclusive product tests.
The conclusion? A clear yes to expanding skincare! Almost all of our customers deal with individual skin problems daily – and they had not yet found a completely perfect product.
This feedback encouraged and motivated us to start the skincare expansion right away. And that was even before the final launch of all products was completed! In spring, we therefore already launched our Day Cream and the Self Tan Drops. Both products are based on the same scientific research and development principles as the entire expanded line – and are already incredibly popular!
The main ingredient of our vegan skincare line is plant stem cells – special cells in plants that can regenerate particularly easily. They are located where growth occurs – usually in the roots or leaves – and are extracted for cosmetics using a gentle and sustainable process that does not destroy the plant. The effectiveness of our new skincare line was naturally the focus during development – which made the decision to use stem cells an easy one. We rely on stem cells from mung beans, alpine roses, and goji berries, each with their own unique, special regenerative and protective properties that holistically support skin health.
Plant stem cells stimulate cell renewal, protect against oxidative stress, and strengthen the skin barrier. This helps improve skin texture and makes the overall complexion appear fresher and more even. Additionally, skin aging is gently slowed down – which aligns perfectly with our well-aging approach! How does product development actually work? Above all, it is one thing: long. More than two years have passed since the first drafts and ideas. Our product developer Annalena, who immediately saw the potential of the line with her background in skincare, was over the moon when Miriam first brought up this idea.
Almost simultaneously, our producer AZBA, a woman-led traditional Berlin company, approached us with the idea of a series based on plant stem cells. The timing couldn't have been better – and it felt just right to take these next, intensive steps.
Which active ingredients are not only promising but also sustainable and effective? Which textures really feel pleasant on the skin and can be intuitively integrated into everyday life? These exact questions accompanied us daily through the first months. At the same time, we repeatedly adjusted the formulations until the effect, skin feel, and compatibility were perfectly balanced.
Resource-saving, but also really beautiful and of such high quality that it does justice to the content: The search for the right material alone took over six months. In the end, we decided on an innovative airless pouch system in glass bottles. It protects the delicate textures, makes the product almost completely emptyable, and consists of clearly separable materials. For us, the right step towards more responsibility – also in terms of packaging.
Very important: our community practical tests, which have taken on a whole new dimension in the development of the skincare line. In several phases, customers tested the products – from skin feel to long-term results.
This (overwhelming!) feedback went directly back to the lab and helped optimize textures and scents. We are especially grateful for this close exchange – because only together with our community do we develop products that are not interchangeable, but become true favorites.


Before a product even goes into production, it undergoes a series of rigorous tests: stability tests, dermatological tests, and efficacy checks, all of which take several months. Only when every result is convincing are the final formulations approved. And only then does the actual production begin – while marketing, content, and logistics are already running at full speed in the background.
Sustainability is not a trend for us, but a standard. This means for our skincare line as well as for our beauty products:

Less is more! That's why we didn't want to create an overloaded 12-step routine, but instead consciously focus on essentials that logically complement each other – for a routine that works intuitively and shows visible results.
Our formulations avoid unnecessary fillers or irritating ingredients. Instead, we rely on highly effective components like retinal (not retinol!), hyaluronic acid, and of course our plant stem cells. And we do this completely transparently, so that every single product and its effects are truly understandable.
With our new skincare line, we are redefining Clean Beauty and Well-Aging – and we can hardly wait for you to experience it yourself soon! A care that doesn’t fight against time – but celebrates it (and our skin!). One that works not just on the surface but supports sustainably: protective, firming, and regenerating.
