Have the products been dermatologically tested?
Yes, the compatibility of our products has been dermatologically tested and confirmed. In addition, all of our make-up products are vegan and free from silicones, perfumes and parabens.
Does the lip oil leave color on the lips?
Yes, but really only a hint of subtle rose. Depending on your own natural lip color, the color can vary in intensity.
Is the lip oil also suitable for the evening?
Of course. You can apply our lip oil in the morning, at lunchtime, in the evening and in between.
Can I exchange the makeup products?
Of course, you can exchange unopened make-up products within two weeks. Please note that the products must be completely sealed, otherwise we cannot continue to use them for sale and will have to dispose of them. That would not be sustainable and does not correspond to the philosophy of JACKS beauty line.
Is the lip oil limited?
The LEA Edition comes in limited packaging with blue accents. Once sold out, the Lip Oil will be included in the permanent range in regular packaging.
