All you have to do is sign up for our newsletter and then it starts for you on November 19, 2023 at 8:00 a.m.! You will receive all information by email, in the JACKS Club and in your customer account.

The regular Black Week Sale starts on November 20th, 8am and runs until November 27th, midnight

To take part in our pre-sale, all you have to do is sign up for the newsletter or JACKS Club.

Once you have done that, you will receive the 25% code via newsletter and in your customer account on November 19th.

To receive the 25% discount code, you do not have to sign up for both the newsletter and the JACKS Club.

However, we recommend it to you because they offer you long-term benefits that you don't want to miss.

Of course, you can exchange unopened products within two weeks. Please note that the products must be completely sealed, otherwise we cannot continue to use them for sale and will have to dispose of them. That would not be sustainable and does not correspond to the philosophy of JACKS beauty line.

The XMAS boxes and advent calendars can only be returned within 14 days if they are unopened and undamaged. If this is not the case, we are unfortunately unable to refund the amount. Unfortunately, we are unable to resend the goods for technical reasons. Please contact our customer service before returning the goods.
