What is the refill system?
The Refill System from JACKS beauty line is a refillable packaging solution: Instead of buying an entirely new product, you only replace the content. We developed the system in 2024 because, as a beauty brand, we want to take responsibility for our packaging. With the Refill System, we design our packaging to conserve resources as much as possible.

The benefits of refills
For a Make-up product, refill means a refillable version: you only buy the content again and place it in your existing packaging instead of replacing the entire product.
The benefits at a glance:
- Resource-saving packaging: Your palette, your Compact or your Lipstick are designed for long-term use, so when refilling, only the used-up refill is replaced while the outer casing is kept.
- Personalized selection: The Individual Face Palette can be freely customized, so you only buy the colors you really need. When a refill is empty, simply click out the pan and reorder it individually.
- Space-saving for everyday use and travel: The Face Palette holds three refills, making it ideal for travel or your beauty bag. Instead of three individual packages, you have three favorite products in one compact palette.
- More affordable than the original product: Our refill products are more affordable than the original products because you already have the palette or Compact. With the Refill System, you really only pay for the content.
How to use the Refill System
Our packaging is designed so refills can be easily replaced, without any tools.
Compact products: powder, blush, Bronzer and Highlighter
Whether Perfecting Powder, Pressed powder, Powder Blush, Powder Bronzer, Cream Blush, Cream Bronzer, or Cream Highlighter: all Compact products work according to the same principle.
Once your refill is used up, remove it from the Compact or your Face Palette by releasing it from the magnetic system that holds it in place via the small recess. Then insert a new, individually purchased refill.
Our beauty experts’ tip: Combine a Perfecting Powder, a Bronzer, and a Blush in your Face Palette. That way, you have three products that are perfectly coordinated.
Lipstick and Sheer Lipstick
When your Lipstick or Sheer Lipstick is used up, don’t throw it away. Simply pull the inner case out of the bottom part and dispose of it.
Then click the new Lipstick refill or Sheer Lipstick refill back into place.
Eyeshadow
Our Eyeshadow Refills also work with the same magnetic system: remove the used pan from your 2-pan Eyeshadow Palette or your 4-pan Eyeshadow Palette and insert a new Eyeshadow Refill in the color you want. This way, you can build your own eyeshadow palette piece by piece instead of buying a completely new pre-filled palette.
So you always know which color is in your palette or Lipstick, there are stickers that you can simply stick onto the packaging.
Conclusion: How to save packaging and money with the Refill System
How much you save with the Refill System depends mainly on which products you use regularly and how often you change your colors. If you combine many different powders, blushes, or Bronzer products, you benefit most from the Individual Face Palette, as individual colors can be refilled independently of one another. If you tend to stick with one Lipstick shade, you can simply purchase a Lipstick refill without changing the casing. And if you travel frequently, a compact palette saves additional space compared with several individual packaging units.

How does the palette’s magnetic system work?
Each refill pan is held in the palette by a magnet. To replace it, lift out the used pan using the small notch and click the new refill into place—no tools required.
Can I mix different product types like powder, blush, and Bronzer in one palette?
Yes, the Face Palette isn’t limited to one type of product. For example, you can place a Perfecting powder, a Bronzer, and a blush side by side and customize your palette to suit your routine.
