Just as is customary for works of art. This certificate confirms the authenticity, artistic origin, and therefore the limited nature of your Brush. It documents that your unique piece was crafted entirely by hand and remains a collector’s item as part of a strictly limited edition.

Your satisfaction with your new Brush is what matters most to us. That’s why, with the Artist Collection, we’re introducing a service that is anything but standard in the beauty industry: an official repair service directly through our brush manufactory.
In the event of significant hair loss, we’ll professionally repair your Brush, provided it has been properly cared for. No replacement, but genuine restoration. Because every Brush from the Artist Collection is made to accompany you for a long time.

With every purchase from the JACKS Artist Collection and every JACKS Atelier artwork, a donation is made to a good cause. This makes each individual piece part of something bigger.
Because doing good is deeply rooted in the DNA of JACKS beauty line. Starting with joint projects with the Berlin-based KLIK association, where we designed our Brushes together with young people experiencing homelessness, through our collaboration with social workshops for the shipping of our products, to our annual Pink Charity Edition. As part of this initiative, we have donated 50% of the proceeds for an entire month each year for over five years.
With the Artist Collection, we are now taking it one step further: Each limited edition will support a new charitable project in the future, one that is also close to our hearts. In this way, we combine craftsmanship, aesthetics, and responsibility - and give something back with every single piece. Together with you.
