Can I return the brush case?

Like all of our products, you can return our brush case within 14 days. Please note that it must be unused for a return.

What fits into the brush case?

Our brush case has space for up to 13 JACKS beauty line brushes. You can place your larger make-up brushes on the left side (4 tabs), while you can store your eye brushes on the right side (9 tabs) of the case.
Please note that the #18 powder brush and #20 kabuki do not fit in the case.

How do I clean the brush case?

Simply clean the outside with a damp cloth. We also recommend cleaning your brushes once a week to keep the inside of the case hygienic and clean.

I received the brush case for free with my order worth €80 or more. Do I have to send it back if I return it?

Please note that free products must also be returned if the return causes your order value to fall below 80€.
Of course you can keep the brush case, then we will deduct the price of 29.90€ from your refund.
