To remove your makeup and thoroughly cleanse your skin, apply our cleanser to your skin and eye area in gentle, circular movements. You can do this by slightly moistening your hands or your face. Then rinse with warm water. For optimal results, we recommend using our cleanser in the morning and evening.

Can I exchange the products?
Of course, you can exchange unopened make-up or skincare products within two weeks. Please note that the products must be completely sealed, otherwise we cannot continue to use them for sale and will have to dispose of them. That would not be sustainable and does not correspond to the philosophy of JACKS beauty line.
