Application
To remove your makeup and thoroughly cleanse your skin, apply our cleanser to your skin and eye area in gentle, circular movements. You can do this by slightly moistening your hands or your face. Then rinse with warm water. For optimal results, we recommend using our cleanser in the morning and evening.

The skin barrier also benefits from the high-quality active ingredients, and the gentle formula ensures that it is not thrown out of balance. Important to know: An intact skin barrier is essential to avoid dehydration of the skin, which stands in the way of the desired rosy glow due to dull skin, dry areas and a tired complexion. The skin feels velvety soft and pleasantly clean after cleansing; our cleanser also does not sting the eyes.

Yes, the compatibility of our products has been dermatologically tested and confirmed. In addition, all of our skincare products are vegan and free of silicones and parabens.
Can I exchange the products?
Of course, you can exchange unopened make-up or skincare products within two weeks. Please note that the products must be completely sealed, otherwise we cannot continue to use them for sale and will have to dispose of them. That would not be sustainable and does not correspond to the philosophy of JACKS beauty line.
