TO OTHERS AND YOU SOMETHING GOOD

October turns pink: Our Awareness Month

For the fifth year in a row, we at JACKS beauty line are raising awareness for Breast Cancer Month in October with our Pink Charity Edition. To match, there are two exclusive products specially developed for this occasion: a Cream Duo in two new colors and the matching, hand-painted Cream Blender brush (Limited Edition) in a new color scheme. As in previous years, we will donate 50% of the proceeds to the Look Good Feel Better patient program of the DKMS.

2025

Especially for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we are once again offering our exclusive Pink Charity Edition – our Cream Blush in a delicate, natural rose shade and our Cream Highlighter in a glossy, transparent rose-peach. Matching this, there is the limited Cream Blender Brush – in an exclusive, hand-painted design in the Pink Charity color scheme.

From the proceeds of the Pink Charity Edition products, we will donate 50% in October to the Look Good Feel Better program of the DKMS.

“Our Pink Charity Edition is a true passion project for me. Two of my aunts and also my little sister have been diagnosed with breast cancer, and I have witnessed the long and difficult journey of this disease. With this campaign, we want to raise awareness of how important regular preventive examinations and check-ups are. Because breast cancer can affect any of us – but early detection can save lives.”

It is a matter close to our hearts!

Together with DKMS, we want to give absolute attention to the extremely important topic of breast cancer prevention and remind people to have regular check-ups or to perform self-examinations. This campaign is especially close to our hearts, and particularly to JACKS beauty line founder Miriam, as several women in her family have been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Each year, about 71,000 women in Germany are diagnosed with breast cancer, making it the most common cancer among women in Germany, accounting for about 30 percent of all cancer cases. Regular preventive examinations and self-examination of the breast are key in the fight against this deadly disease.

Fifty percent of the proceeds from the Pink Charity Edition in October will be donated to the DKMS patient program Look Good Feel Better, which offers free cosmetic seminars to help cancer patients cope with the external changes during cancer therapy.

ABOUT THE DKMS

The non-profit organization DKMS is dedicated to giving as many cancer patients as possible hope and courage to live, supporting them during their therapy and positively influencing their healing process.

Nationwide, the staff of the DKMS program, with the support of over 300 medical facilities, organize Look Good Feel Better cosmetic seminars for cancer patients undergoing therapy. Since mid-2020, the seminars have also been offered in digital form. More than 190,000 cancer patients have been able to participate since the founding of the German Look Good Feel Better program in 1995.

The goal is to further expand the program and offer the seminars nationwide throughout Germany. For its work, DKMS relies on donations as a non-profit organization.
