A few weeks ago we received the wonderful news from the animal welfare organization PETA Germany that our Cream Concealer had won the Vegan Beauty Award 2022 in the "Best Must-Have" category . Crazy, right? You can't imagine how special this is for us. Thank you to everyone who follows us, loves our products as much as we do and supports us in our growth. And above all: thank you to PETA for this great appreciation!
It still feels a little unreal: We only launched our first complexion products last October, and to receive an award for them just six months later makes us incredibly proud. "... and grateful. Because for us as a beauty brand, the core goal is not to just bring another make-up product onto the market, but only products with which we can do something better," says Miriam Jacks, who designs and develops all make-up products in a Berlin laboratory. 
PETA Germany annually awards the Vegan Beauty Award to brands of vegan and cruelty-free cosmetic products in 17 different categories. The evaluation criteria include factors such as effectiveness, fragrance, skin feel and the packaging of the products. "JACKS beauty line is an exemplary example of how animal ingredients and animal testing are a thing of the past. Vegan and modern product creations are good for animals, people and the environment. We hope that other companies will follow this example," says Harald Ullmann, co-founder and 2nd chairman of PETA Germany.
What makes our cream concealer so special?
The ingredients are clear: they were chosen very consciously and conscientiously. Bisabolol in particular – the anti-inflammatory main ingredient in chamomile oil – is a life saver. Our concealer not only conceals dark circles, blemishes and red spots, but also does something good for the skin, so that spots and the like can be reduced. Squalane cares for the sensitive eye area and the caffeine it contains reduces swelling. " We are particularly proud that we have received such great feedback from women who have suffered from skin problems for years and who feel good in their skin again thanks to the good ingredients," says Lisa Buchholz, Managing Director of JACKS beauty line.
With JACKS beauty line, we want to appeal to women with our products who may not have dared to enter the world of beauty yet. Make-up doesn't have to conceal natural beauty, on the contrary: it can underline it! And the best thing: Our make-up products are easy to use and are care and make-up in one. "Many women tell us that thanks to the products, they enjoy putting on make-up again or even for the first time and feel beautiful while doing so. That's what counts for us," says Miriam Jacks. And that's exactly why we're already working hard in the background on more great products for our customers...
