A few weeks ago, we received the wonderful news from the animal protection organization PETA Germany that our Cream Concealer won the Vegan Beauty Award 2022 in the category "Best Must-have." Amazing, right? You can't imagine how special this is for us. Thank you to everyone who follows us, loves our products as much as we do, and supports us on our journey. And above all: Thank you to PETA for this great recognition!

It still feels a bit unreal: We only launched our first complexion products last October, and already half a year later receiving an award for them makes us incredibly proud – and grateful. Because for us as a beauty brand, the core goal is not just to bring another Make-up product to the market, but products with which we can make something better.
“Our aim is to develop Make-up that is easy to use and at the same time offers added value for the skin,” says founder Miriam Jacks, who designs all products in a Berlin laboratory.

With the Vegan Beauty Award, PETA Germany annually honors brands with vegan and cruelty-free cosmetic products in 17 categories. Among other things, effectiveness, skin feel, fragrance, and packaging are evaluated. "JACKS beauty line exemplarily shows that animal ingredients and animal testing belong to the past. Vegan and modern product creations are good for animals, people, and the environment. We hope that more companies will follow this example," said Harald Ullmann, co-founder and 2nd chairman of PETA Germany.

Clearly, it’s the ingredients: They were chosen deliberately and carefully. Above all, bisabolol, the active ingredient from chamomile oil, soothes the skin and can reduce redness. Squalane provides moisture and protects the delicate eye area, while caffeine reduces puffiness and refreshes the skin. This way, the concealer not only hides dark circles, blemishes, and redness but also cares for the skin at the same time.
“We are especially proud of the feedback from women who have struggled with skin problems for years and finally feel comfortable in their skin again thanks to the concealer,” says Lisa Buchholz, Managing Director at JACKS beauty line.
