Application

Pump one pump of the Glow Foundation onto the back of your hand, gradually pick it up with the #12 Foundation Brush, and evenly distribute the foundation on your face, from the center of face outward. Blend the foundation into your skin with the brush until it visually melts into your skin. Usually, just one pump is enough to achieve a particularly light and glowy finish. 

Care Instructions

Ideally, you should wash your brushes once a week with our Brush Soap rinser. Use our instructions for cleaning your make-up brushes.

Because doing good is deeply rooted in the DNA of JACKS beauty line. Starting with joint projects with the Berlin-based association KLIK, where we designed our Brushes together with homeless youth, through collaboration with social workshops in the shipping of our products, to our annual Pink Charity Edition. For over five years, we have been donating 50% of the proceeds for an entire month as part of this.

Wie oft sollte ich meine Pinsel reinigen und wie?

We recommend cleaning your make-up brushes once a week with our vegan Brush Soap: Dampen your brush and dispense one pump of soap into the palm of your hand. Swirl the brush in your palm using gentle, circular motions to work up a lather. Rinse thoroughly under running water, keeping the brush head facing downward and making sure no water gets into the ferrule. Rinse until no soap residue remains. Finally, squeeze out the excess water with a clean towel and leave your brush to air dry flat.
Tip: Place the brushes over the edge of a table to dry, so air can circulate evenly around the bristles. Never blow-dry your make-up brushes or store them upright while wet, as water can collect in the handle and loosen the glue.

What is the best way to store my make-up brushes?

We recommend storing your make-up brushes standing up or in a cosmetic bag. We advise against airtight storage in a container, as the brushes won’t get any oxygen. It’s also important to clean your brushes regularly to prevent dust buildup.

Do the make-up brushes come with a guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 5-year satisfaction guarantee on all our make-up brushes. During this time, you can contact our customer service at any time and have your brush repaired through our official repair service.

What is the repair service?

This service, carried out directly through our brush manufactory, is anything but standard in the beauty industry! In the case of significant bristle loss, we will professionally repair your brush, provided it has been properly cared for. No replacement, real restoration. Why is the Artist Collection limited?

Will there be reproductions?

No. Each edition is one of a kind and will not be restocked.

Is the Glow Foundation also suitable for oily skin?

Absolutely, our Glow Foundation is suitable for all skin types. It’s packed with many wonderful ingredients that are good for your skin. However, every skin is different and may react differently accordingly.

Can I exchange the Make-up products?

Of course, you can exchange unopened Make-up products within two weeks. Please note that the products must be completely sealed, as otherwise we cannot resell them and have to dispose of them. That would not be sustainable and does not align with the philosophy of JACKS beauty line. In our Shade Finder, you will find various ways to find the right shade for your skin tone in advance.

    Beautiful foundation brush

    Overall, I really hoped it would fit because I’ve loved JACKS beauty line as a company and the philosophy behind it from the start.

    Unfortunately, the Cover Foundation didn’t work on my skin. It settled a bit on me and was more visible than I like.

    All the better is the happy ending of this story: I gave the Glow Foundation another chance and am really impressed. It blends beautifully with my skin, feels light, and gives exactly the natural glow I want.

    That's why I'm all the more happy that in the end I still found “my” foundation at JACKS beauty line. ✨💛
