    Application

    Apply a pump of the Glow Foundation to the back of your hand, gradually take it with our#12 Foundation brushand distribute the formula evenly over your face, from the center of the face outwards. Work the foundation into your skin with the brush until it has visually melted into your skin. Usually just one pump is enough to get a particularly light and glowy finish.

    For a more precise application, you can also use our #11 Cream Blush Brush or #22 Multi Blender Brush.

    Our beauty expert tip: For a stronger coverage, simply mix the Glow Foundation with ourCream ConcealerYou can also add a little of our Beauty Elixir to your foundation if you want a lighter finish.

    We also recommend cleaning your foundation brush regularly with ourBrush Soapto clean the brush from the rich foundation in between. In our guide "Apply Glow Foundation correctly" we explain the correct application step by step.

    How do I find the right color for my skin tone?

    We have developed our digital consultation especially for this purpose. Take the free 2-minute online test, easily upload a photo of yourself and receive your ideal color and product recommendations. If you are still unsure, you can book a personal 1:1 video consultation with our beauty experts.

    Is the Glow Foundation also suitable for oily skin?

    Absolutely, our Glow Foundation is suitable for all skin types. It is packed with lots of great ingredients that are good for the skin. However, every skin is different and can react differently.

    Can I exchange the makeup products?

    Of course, you can exchange unopened make-up products within two weeks. Please note that the products must be completely sealed, otherwise we cannot continue to use them for sale and will have to dispose of them. That would not be sustainable and does not correspond to the philosophy of JACKS beauty line. In our shade finder you will find various ways of finding the right shade for your skin tone in advance.

    Have the make-up products been dermatologically tested?

    Yes, the compatibility of our products has been dermatologically tested and confirmed. In addition, all of our make-up products are vegan and free of silicones, perfumes and parabens.

    How long does the Glow Foundation last?

    The Glow Foundation has a shelf life of six months once opened and 24 months unopened.

    How often should I clean my brushes – and how?

    We recommend cleaning your makeup brushes once a week with our vegan brush soap: Wet your brush and pump a pump of soap into the palm of your hand. Lather your brush in gentle, circular movements in the palm of your hand. Then rinse it thoroughly under running water. Hold the brush head downwards and make sure that no water runs into the ferrule of the brush. Wash it until there is no soap residue left. Finally, squeeze out the water with a clean towel and leave your brush lying down to air dry. Tip: Lay the brushes over the edge of a table to dry so that the air can circulate evenly while drying. Please never blow-dry the makeup brushes or stand them upright, otherwise the water will collect in the handle and the glue could come loose.

    I received the #12 Animal Print Foundation Brush for free with my Glow Foundation order. Do I have to send it back if I return it?

    Please note that if you return the Glow Foundation, the free brush must also be sent back. Of course, you can also keep your free product and we will deduct the original price from your refund.
