All three products are based on our hybrid approach of Make-up and skincare: skin-friendly, natural ingredients meet high-performance color pigments. The skin-caring Cream Concealer is based on the Glow Foundation and combines reliable coverage with intensive care. Aloe vera juice moisturizes and soothes the skin, squalane nourishes the delicate eye area, while bisabolol reduces redness. The liquid texture blends with the skin and does not settle into dry fine lines.

Absolutely, our Glow Foundation is suitable for all skin types. It is packed with many wonderful ingredients that benefit the skin. However, every person’s skin is different and may therefore react differently.

Can I exchange the Make-up products?

Of course, you can exchange unopened Make-up products within two weeks. Please note that the products must be completely sealed, as otherwise we can no longer offer them for sale and would have to dispose of them. That would not be sustainable and would also be inconsistent with the philosophy of JACKS beauty line. In our Shade Finder, you’ll find various ways to find the right shade for your skin tone in advance.

Have the Make-up products been dermatologically tested?

Yes, the skin compatibility of our products has been dermatologically tested and confirmed. In addition, all our Make-up products are vegan and free from silicones, fragrance, and parabens.

Yes! Our Cream Concealer contains bisabolol, which soothes and calms the skin as well as having anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.
