What is the refill system?
For us, beauty also means responsibility. That’s why in 2024 we developed an innovative Make-up refill system that not only makes Make-up super easy to use but also reduces packaging waste. This way, you can simply refill your favorite, high-quality beauty products—and help us make a positive contribution to sustainability.

The benefits of refills
What does "Refill" actually mean? Refill refers to a refillable version of a Make-up product. This means that instead of buying the entire product, you can just purchase the contents and insert them into the existing packaging.
But what are the advantages?
1. Better for the environment: Our refillable palettes significantly reduce packaging waste because the palette is designed for long-term use and only the refills need to be replaced once they are used up.
2. Individual selection: The Individual Powder Palette can be customized. This means you only buy the products or colors you actually use. When a product is finished, the pan can be removed with just one click and reordered individually in our shop.
3. Space-saving and ideal for travel: Our Powder Palette holds three refills. This way, all your favorite products are combined in one compact palette, saving space not only in your bathroom but also in your beauty bag!
4. Cost savings for you: Our refill packs are cheaper than the original products.

How to use the refill system
Refilling our products is designed to be simple and user-friendly. Our packaging is made so that it can be easily opened.
1. Once your powder is used up, simply remove the refill from the powder compact or your powder palette.
2. You can easily release the pan from the magnetic system that holds it in place by using the small indentation.
3. Then refill it with a new, separately purchased refill.
Our beauty experts' tip: For the palette, choose a pressed powder in your shade, a bronzer, and a blush in the color of your choice. This way, you have three products in one palette that work wonderfully together to create an even finish, a natural tan, and a bit of color on your face—all in just one palette.
If your lipstick is used up, don’t throw it away. Simply remove the inner casing from the bottom part of your lipstick by pulling it out and dispose of it. You can then click in the new lipstick refill or sheer lipstick refill with just one click.
