Our Milky Toner is purely nourishing and soothing in its formulation. It does not deeply cleanse but cares for the skin after cleansing, balances moisture levels, and prepares the skin for active ingredients – like our serums. If you are looking for a deep-cleansing effect, you can additionally use our Exfoliating Serum 2-3 times a week after the Milky Toner.

Chemical peels are skincare products that gently dissolve and remove dead skin cells using fruit acids or other mild acids like AHA and PHA. Unlike mechanical peels, which physically abrade the skin surface with grainy particles or brushes, chemical peels work through biochemical exfoliation. This process breaks down the bonds between dead cells, making it easier for them to detach from the skin surface and be removed.
This method is especially gentle and effective because it does not irritate or microscopically damage the skin, promotes cell regeneration, smooths and refines the skin appearance, cleanses pores, and reduces blemishes without overly stressing the skin barrier. That’s why chemical peels are ideal for sensitive, dry, or mature skin.

The Balancing Serum was developed to soothe sensitive, stressed skin, provide moisture, and smooth fine lines. It visibly reduces redness and irritation, strengthens the skin barrier with fermented barley extract, and makes the skin appear smoother and more radiant. It can be used daily in the morning and evening. The Exfoliating Serum, on the other hand, acts as a gentle peel with AHA and PHA complexes. It refines pores, reduces pigmentation, and ensures an even, radiant skin appearance. Due to its exfoliating effect, it should be used a maximum of 2–3 times per week in the evening.
In short: The Balancing Serum protects and soothes the skin in everyday life, while the Exfoliating Serum gently renews the skin and refines the complexion.

You should always use an Exfoliating Serum and Self-Tan Drops on different days or at different times of the day, as their effects can otherwise conflict. The serum stimulates skin renewal and removes dead skin cells, while the Self-Tan Drops tan the top layer of the skin. This can cause the tan to become uneven or not develop at all. By using them separately, you protect your skin and ensure an even result.
It’s best to use the Exfoliating Serum 1-2 times a week in the evening, and the Self-Tan Drops on the days when you don’t use the serum. Alternatively, you can apply the Self-Tan Drops in the morning, ideally the day after using the Exfoliating Serum. This way, you easily achieve an even, streak-free tan with smooth, well-cared-for skin.

Our Night Cream is not a retinal treatment but a balanced formula with several highly effective ingredients – including our stem cell technology, ceramides, bifida ferment lysate, and 1% of a retinal-glycerin complex, which does not mean it contains 1% pure retinal but a carefully designed blend of the two active ingredients. The concentration of retinal is specifically chosen so that the cream can be used daily without irritating the skin. That is why it does not have the yellowish color typical of highly concentrated retinal products. Studies show that even this mild, continuous dosage contributes to the well-known positive effects of retinal with regular use – gentle but effective. As a brand, we place great importance on developing products that are beginner-friendly and easy to integrate into any skincare routine. Therefore, our Night Cream can be used daily from the start – for a continuous, gentle effect without an adjustment period.

The Day Cream provides your skin with reliable daily protection against sunlight – both in the UVB and UVA ranges. The measured UVB value is 42.4, and the UVA value is 19.6. While UVB rays are mainly responsible for sunburn and affect the upper layers of the skin, UVA rays penetrate deeper into the skin and are considered the main cause of premature skin aging and pigment changes.

Important to know: Although the actual protection values exceed the classic SPF 30 (42.4), we are only allowed to print "SPF 30" on the packaging for legal reasons. This is because sunscreen products in Europe are standardized into specific protection classes.

For everyday use: Yes. Our Day Cream SPF 30 is perfect for daily protection – whether on the way to the office, during a walk, or for days with light sun exposure. For longer stays in direct sunlight (e.g., at the beach, hiking, or outdoor sports), we recommend using a specially formulated sunscreen in addition – or reapplying the Day Cream SPF 30 regularly.

Important: Sun protection is also a matter of applying the right amount. For optimal protection: apply generously and reapply regularly during prolonged sun exposure.

It is suitable for all skin types – including sensitive skin. The formula has been dermatologically tested for sensitive skin and is especially well tolerated.

When developing our products, compatibility is our top priority – without compromising a pleasant care experience. Since some natural ingredients have a stronger inherent scent, we have deliberately chosen to add a subtle fragrance to the Milky Toner, the Balancing Serum, the Exfoliating Serum, and the Night Cream. However, this fragrance is used only in very low concentration and contains only a single potential allergen. Compared to many conventional skincare products, which typically contain over 20 allergens, this means a significantly lower to no likelihood of skin reactions. This makes the product very well tolerated, even for sensitive skin.

Dry skin is a skin type that naturally contains less oil. It feels permanently rough or flaky. Dehydrated skin, on the other hand, is a skin condition where the water content of the skin is too low. It often feels tight, especially after cleansing, looks dull, and may show fine lines. You can tell whether your skin is dry or dehydrated by whether it is permanently dry or only temporarily dried out due to external factors such as cold, heat, stress, lack of sleep, or unsuitable care. Dry and dehydrated skin can occur independently but can also exist simultaneously.

Our consumer study included people with a wide range of skin types – from dry to normal to oily skin. Participants with sensitive skin as well as those with skin conditions such as neurodermatitis or rosacea also took part.
