About the Look
Our Complete Glow Set combines base, coverage, and freshness in a perfectly coordinated trio. The Glow Foundation provides an even, radiant complexion, the Cream Concealer specifically evens out small blemishes, and afterwards, the Cream Blush adds vibrancy and color to your look.

Behind the scenes
Together with Rim, we regularly visited our Berlin lab over the past two years to develop the perfect colors for our foundations, concealers, and cream blushes.
About Rim
Make-up artist Rim sees her work not only as a creative service but also as a means to boost self-confidence. Her goal is to empower especially BIPoC women through make-up and hairstyling. She makes visible what is often overlooked, bringing out not only outer but also inner beauty. In recent years, Rim has increasingly specialized in BIPoC and Afro hair, which is reflected in her collaborations with well-known clients. In the past, she often had to mix foundation colors on set because the beauty market was not diverse enough. Until now – because she can now work with her self-developed shades.
Everyone should feel comfortable in their own skin
Rim Zemuye and JACKS beauty line founder Miriam Jacks have shared a long professional friendship for years. And they have always shared the belief that Make-up should never exclude anyone.
For Miriam, it was clear from the start: this shade expansion can only happen through true co-creation. Because just as there isn’t only one single light tone, dark skin is also complex – with different nuances and undertones. We now finally want to do justice to that.

Rim Zemuye has been one of Germany's leading hair and Make-up artists for over ten years. Her focus is on dark skin Make-up as well as Afro and curly textures. She sees her work not only as an aesthetic design but as a contribution to greater visibility, self-confidence, and representation.
As a Black artist, Rim brings a perspective that has been missing in the beauty industry for far too long. She works with well-known personalities, advises beauty brands in product development, and shares her knowledge through the Rim Zemuye Academy, which she founded, with other artists.
Rim's work combines technical skill with cultural awareness, setting new standards for diversity and visibility in the industry.
We want to develop Make-up that as many people as possible can identify with. Diversity is not a marketing trend for us, but part of our brand philosophy. This shade expansion is therefore not a statement to the outside world, but a natural step in our development.
Dark skin can have yellowish, reddish, or bluish undertones. Our new shades cover yellowish and reddish undertones. The bluish undertone is currently not included, as a corresponding shade did not pass the stability tests.

Formulations for darker skin tones require special care. Pigments behave differently, textures react more sensitively, and undertones must be precisely balanced. Compromises on quality or performance were out of the question for us. That’s why we started over multiple times until the shades and textures truly convinced us.
Yes, like all our products, the new Shades are also vegan and have not been tested on animals.
